Added NimitraS + NikolaS + EtherStream feedback from Olivier

Here’s a new feedback today from a client who ordered a complete set of Nimitra + Nikola Signature with EtherStream. I hope to offer this bundle in next month.

I received the Nimitra today. Thank you very much! I extracted a test CD. Although the Nimitra needs some burning-in, the result is already impressive. I have never heard such clarity and delicateness in the extracted music (I am almost listening to classical music).

Qobuz is back, so I could listen to some favorite pieces of music. Of course, there is no comparison possible with the Bonn N8…. Your switch does a very effective job and it sounds completely different as previously. And, Qobuz becomes worth listening to 🙂

The Bonn N8 has been « offered » by the shop which sold my Linn system. So I had no possibility to compare with something else. Now the comparison is made, and the Bonn N8 is going to be sold very quickly. Thank you again!

EtherStream has big improvements on power distribution so good linear power supply will help even more. He sent his feedback in Thai language so here’s original message before translation. 🙂

NimitraS - custom highend server

 

Here’s a new feedback today from a client ordering a custom highend version of Nimitra and Nikola Signature combo. I received his feedback after optimizing JPLAY Femto in his server.

Thank you! The Nimitra is improving as it breaks in. It sounds amazing! I love it.

It’s been a while since last custom highend server I shared in public. I spent last years working hard with Esoteric Grandioso products so I’m sure you’ll love Nimitra’s amazing performance. 🙂

Here’s another feedback today from local customer who ordered Nikola Signature with 2x9V output to install on his SOtM streamer and network switch.

Installed today and found big improvements in sound quality. It’s significant upgrade despite having HDPlex which is also linear power supply too.

This is the first Nikola feedback with comparison to popular linear power supply. I’m glad to see Nikola Signature performing well over there. You can also read original message in Thai for Thai people who’s interested in Nikola linear power supply. 🙂

Fidelizer uses DHL Express for 2-7 days worldwide shipping service

Hi. After introductory period of EtherStream network switch is over, I received some inquiries about EtherStream having high shipping fee. After looking at products page to order submission, I came to realize that Fidelizer never inform about shipping services.

So today I’d like to explain how Fidelizer manages shipment with products. When we first introduce new hardware products, we offer free shipping for one month and observe how average shipping fee should be.

For EtherStream, it has 1kg weight for shipment fee and cheapest possible shipping will be around $50. For most shipments in Europe, it costed around $60-80 USD and some countries was charged for around $100 too.

So I decided to setup shipment for EtherStream at $65 USD for 1kg product. All other products also have the same process done for standard shipping fee. The price is higher but it’s safe and reliable to ship anywhere in one week without fail.

I hope you can understand why Fidelizer charges shipping fee higher than others. It’s because time and safety are important to make sure products will always arrive in 2-4 weeks after ordering. 🙂
