Sorry for late announcement in this week. I was busy with PayPal Thailand issues. We finally reached 5,000th milestone which is a very big milestone. As a reminder to inform customers that they receive refund for returning customer purchase, I’m running purchase offer again in this week. I also sent partial refund back for customer who placed an order on 22nd November 2021.
Fidelizer Plus: US $39.95 —> $34.95 (Until 27th February 2022) Fidelizer Pro: US $69.95 —> $59.95 (Until 27th February 2022) Other Fidelizer upgrade options: US$5 discount (Until 27th February 2022)
This offer will last until 27th February 2022. Discount rate is the same as purchasing Fidelizer software again so new customer and returning customer will get the same price. You may order again anytime and receive partial-refund as discount later after this campaign is over.
I hope this will be good chance for you to consider applying Fidelizer Upgrade Program software. You can also click on “Fidelizer Upgrade Program” button and click “Order Fidelizer” button in Fidelizer free version software. 🙂
Due to unusual situation with migration to PayPal Thailand, Fidelizer may not be able to continue business with PayPal as payment gateway after 17th February 2022. They’re forcing business account to be legal entity only in this week ignoring our past effort completely.
We’ll continue to work on solutions with PayPal Thailand and look for alternatives in case we can’t continue business with PayPal after 17th February 2022. In a mean time, you may order Fidelizer products through PayPal as payment gateway.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will update the situation accordingly. If you have suggestions about payment gateway for Fidelizer, feel free to send your recommendations to support@fidelizer-audio.com and thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: Roon 1.8 build 882 is released now and it’s working fine with Nimitra. Please contact me for updating Roon to latest version and happy listening.
Hi. Today Roon launched new update 1.8 build 880 and some Nimitra users has the following issues
Database is corrupted (which it is not but build 880 can’t read database for some reason)
There’s no audio device in Audio section at all
These issues are from changes in build 880 that doesn’t work properly with some hardware and it’s widespread issues through Windows/Mac/Linux platforms. You can check Roon Support section for more details about 1.8 build 880 update issues.
For current workaround I can rollback Roon core to version 1.8 build 831 which is stable with Nimitra. You can download Roon 1.8 build 831 from the following links below to control until they release an update that fixes these issues.
Roon 1.8 build 831: PC / Android / iOS (Not available outside App Store)
iOS devices can’t install older Roon version so only PC and Android can perform rollback for now. Please contact Fidelizer support for setting up Roon 1.8 build 831 rollback. You may consider using other apps like mConnect / Lumin / Kazoo to control Nimitra also.
